  • Identification of individual coherence constraints and/or organisational coherence constraints

Scope includes:

  • Pattern analysis across felt truth, shared reality, inquiry, and blind spots
  • Identification of Systemic Gap dynamics (capacity vs demand)
  • Shared Coherence Map and written diagnostic report
  • Direct engagement with primary decision-makers only

 

Organisation-Wide Coherence Diagnostic

Investment: $30,000 – $75,000+
(Final scope and fee confirmed after an initial diagnostic conversation)

Scope includes:

  • Multi-layer coherence mapping across the organisation
  • Identification of systemic avoidance patterns
  • Mapping of narrative fragmentation and compensatory structures
  • Executive-level diagnostic report suitable for board or governance review
  • Clear articulation of 2–3 structural adjustments required for coherence to hold

 

What May Follow (Optional)

Following a Deep-Dive Diagnostic, some clients choose to engage in Coherence Stabilisation.

Stabilisation:

  • Is optional
  • Is time-bound in 3, 6 or 12 months engagement
  • Is priced as a fraction of the diagnostic
  • Is discussed only after the diagnostic is complete

There is no assumed continuation.
