1. USE AND CONSENT

All products and services are delivered by Cameron Cross through Crossroads Collective LTDA, a Brazilian registered company with CNPJ 41.816.436/0001-30, located at R. Dr. Florêncio Ygartua, 60 Suite 501 – Moinhos de Vento, Porto Alegre – RS, 90430-010, Brazil.

By using this website and purchasing our offerings (including the Coherence Snapshot, Coherence Map, Deep-Dive Diagnostic, and Coherence Stabilisation), you agree to these Terms. Your purchase constitutes your voluntary acceptance. This website and any products offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use or view this website.

2. LEGAL AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMERS

• Information, Not Advice: You understand and agree that our products, diagnostics, and courses are intended to provide information, education, and systemic orientation. The information provided does not constitute business, financial, legal, or medical advice.

• Professional Consultation: You should consult with an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor who understands your specific situation before taking action based on our diagnostic data.

• Earnings Disclaimer: We provide a “Mirror” for your system, not a guarantee of wealth. You understand and agree that your success depends on your own capacity, consistency, and market factors. Crossroads Collective LTDA makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, earnings, or “fixes” for your business.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

• Proprietary Intelligence: The Coherence Framework and all associated diagrams, text, and visual assets are the sole property of Crossroads Collective LTDA and Cameron Cross.

• Limited License: Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

• Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing login credentials or access links with third parties.

  • Reproducing, redistributing, or selling any part of the materials.

  • Creating derivative works based on the Coherence Framework for the purpose of competing with Crossroads Collective LTDA.

• Enforcement: Unauthorised use of our IP is documented as theft and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

4. COMMERCIAL TERMS (PAYMENTS & REFUNDS)

• Strict Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our work, all sales are final. By purchasing a digital product or diagnostic, you receive immediate access to proprietary intelligence and intellectual property that cannot be returned. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• No Chargebacks: We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. Any attempt to reverse a payment is a breach of this contract and will result in the immediate termination of access to all current and future Intellectual Property.

• Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for all payments. If a payment is declined or returned, access to the Coherence Framework and all associated products and services will be suspended until the balance is cleared.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossroads Collective LTDA and Cameron Cross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) resulting from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

• Indemnification: You agree at all times to defend and hold harmless Crossroads Collective LTDA and Cameron Cross from any claims, causes of action, or damages arising out of your use of our products or your breach of these Terms.

6. TERMINATION

Crossroads Collective LTDA reserves the right to terminate your access to any product or service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

7. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. By purchasing our products, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any defence of forum non-conveniens.
