The Coherence Snapshot

A structural reading of systemic capacity, strain, and self-correction.

What this is

The Coherence Snapshot is a short, paid diagnostic report.

It reads how your organisation is currently functioning as a system
not how it is described internally, and not how it aspires to operate.

The Snapshot is built from signal, not narrative.
It is derived entirely from how your system responds under pressure.

This is not a consultation.
It is not advice.
It is a reading.

Why this exists

Most organisations attempt to fix symptoms.

They adjust strategy.
They change structure.
They work on culture.
They increase effort.

When coherence has degraded, none of these land cleanly.

The Snapshot exists to answer a simpler, more foundational question:

Is the system itself capable of bearing the current load —
or is effort compensating for structural strain?

Until that is clear, intervention is guesswork.

Who is This For

This is for leaders who sense that:

  • The organisation is working harder than it should

  • Performance is being held together by individuals

  • Growth has introduced subtle but compounding strain

It is not for those seeking reassurance, motivation, or quick fixes.

What the Snapshot does

The Coherence Snapshot is generated from a structured signal read across six systemic operational strands.

Each strand is assessed under pressure, not aspiration.
The analysis looks for capacity, strain, and compensation — not intent or culture statements.

The result is a diagnostic reading of how the system behaves when it matters.

Using a defined Coherence Framework, your responses are analysed for:

  • Sources of internal friction

  • Areas where clarity depends on individuals rather than design

  • Points where alignment holds only through continued pressure

What emerges is a concise, system-level reading of what is reliably true right now and how the system behaves when it matters.

What the Snapshot
does Not do

The Snapshot does not:

  • Diagnose root causes in depth

  • Prescribe solutions

  • Replace leadership judgement

  • Attempt to “fix” the organisation

It is intentionally limited.

Its role is to establish whether clarity alone is sufficient — or whether deeper diagnostic work is required.

What you receive

You will receive a written 12-page Coherence Snapshot report that includes:

  • An overarching assessment of systemic coherence
  • A strand-by-strand reading of operational health
  • A determination of current capacity, strain, and risk
  • Clear articulation of whether further intervention is warranted
  • A short orientation into the Coherence Framework, including a three-question protocol to support internal correction where possible

Some systems stabilise once interference is made visible.
Others do not.

The Snapshot makes that distinction clear.

Commitment

The Coherence Snapshot is $97 USD.

This reflects the precision of the system
and the specificity of the analysis.
It is a diagnostic, not a product suite.

There are no bundles.
There is no discounting.

The value is in clarity — not in add-ons.

What happens next

Upon payment, you will be redirected to the diagnostic interface to answer 12 questions that will take 2-5 minutes to complete.

The Data is mapped against The Coherence Framework, and a diagnostic report is delivered via email within minutes of submission.

There is no automatic escalation.

For some organisations, the Snapshot is enough.
It restores orientation and enables internal correction.

For others, it reveals structural issues that require deeper diagnostic or stabilisation work.

If — and only if — deeper resolution is required, access to the Deep Dive Diagnostic is available by request.
