It surfaces 2–3 high-leverage constraints that, once seen, cannot be unseen, and a protocol for self-correction.

THE DEEP DIVE DIAGNOSTIC
Structural Reality Check.
If the Snapshot confirms the system is ready, we move from the digital to the human. This is a forensic investigation designed to reveal reality where self-correction has failed. We interview key leadership and team members, map the “Shadow Structure” and identify the specific catalytic adjustments the system cannot ignore. This is not coaching; it is a map of how reality is currently organised.
Format: Forensic Audit & Structural Mapping.
Mechanism: External Authority.
Outcome: A structural blueprint so precise that not adjusting becomes a conscious choice.

03.
COHERENCE STABILISATION
Anchoring the New Reality. Enacting structural adjustments destabilises a system. This is not failure; it is adaptation. Most systems regress here because they misread the feedback. Stabilisation is a time-bound containment engagement. We do not drive execution. We hold orientation while the system learns to regulate itself under new conditions. We prevent the “Adapted Self” from sliding back into the driver’s seat.
Format: Time-Bound Containment (3, 6 or 12 Months).
Mechanism: Holding Orientation (preventing premature correction).
Outcome: A self-regulating system that no longer requires intervention.
